View Availability (setting up what appears in the table) 

If a club member wishes to book a plane or instruction, they first need to check availability.  The availability selection box, pictured left, uses drop-down lists to itemise all of the planes and instructors in the club.  By selecting the planes and the instructors of interest, club members can set up and view the relevant availability.

For example, a club member might select plane ID "TR123" under Column 3 and instructor name "Wayne Downey" under Column 4 and click on the "Change" button.  On the table on the right of the screen, Column 3 would then show when plane ID TR123 was available, and Column 4 would show when Wayne Downey was available.

Currently 4 columns are considered sufficient for any booking enquiries since this will cover up to 4 items at a time, ie 4 planes, or 2 planes and 2 instructors or any combination of interest.  Customised wider tables can be provided if required.
