Supervisor Options 

View Availability (setting up what appears in the table) 

For the most part, a supervisor would use the View Availability option in the same way as a club member, that is, to view the availability of planes and instructors.

The additional supervisor option is "Lock/Unlock Website". 

This allows the supervisor to prevent members from making any booking changes if, for example, an instructor becomes ill or an aircraft becomes unserviceable and extensive rescheduling becomes necessary.
