An essential reference tool for the DPA manager or legal advisor.

The basis of the Lawyers Commentary version is the Data Protection Act 1998 with Statutory Instruments in LexRADIX™ format, and as such has all the same basic features.

The DPA with Lawyers Commentary by Boyds of Glasgow and Edinburgh can be viewed in 'Application Mode', or in 'Guideline Mode'.  A button in the side index provides easy access to either.

In 'Application Mode' the user can click on a link beside a section of the Act and view the lawyers comment for that section.  All lawyers comments are in green so that they can be distinguished easily from the Act in blue.  Phrases in bold have easy to read definitions on mouseover. 

In 'Guideline Mode' the user views the Lawyers Commentary in full with mouseovers on definitions and links down to the Act where required.
